In 2005, Pitagora wisely forecast how an increase in the market for Salary Transfer Loans (30 million potential clients) would render the product more tempting for commercial banks who, in the long-term, would adopt it as a flagship product.

From this understanding came the need to adapt strategies and client offers, in order to become a qualified partner and tackle this new market with the aim of creating the first national platform for the supply and distribution of salary transfer loans.

Today Pitagora is the first true example of this business service for banks in Italy.

The company currently collaborates with thirty-three approved banks, involving a total of approximately 23,000 operational branches. Furthermore, the commercial activity concerning banks has led to additional agreements regarding funding, specific partnerships and, finally, equity.

The same business model has been chosen by leading Consumer Credit Companies (both captive and independent), and five partnership agreements currently exist.
